Office Manager
I started working in dental administration in 2000 and haven’t looked back since. I found a love for helping others achieve their optimal smile goal, as well as the administrative side of working with our fantastic patients. I enjoy helping and interacting with patients. Our patients and staff enjoy her bubbly, positive personality and radiant smile. I was delighted to come across the amazing team at My Dentist. Outside of work, I enjoy an active lifestyle, cooking and spending time with my family & watching football.
Monika Szczygiel-Lahoz
Dental Hygienist
Monika is a dental hygienist who joined our team in 2024. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Northern Arizona University in 2005. She loves to laugh and connect with patients while providing a thorough exam during her hygiene appointments. Monika is from Kraków, Poland and currently resides in Austin with her husband Louie and their two sons Tristan and Kai. In her spare time she enjoys theater, live music and travel.
Nina Torres
Dental Assistant
Nina has been a dental assistant since 2000. She has experience in general dentistry and specialty offices, and enjoys working in an atmosphere that is always striving to be on the cutting edge of dental technology, and loves taking care of patients and helping them achieve a beautiful smile. Outside of work, she enjoys the beautiful gift called family.
